"Sono stato in questa pizzeria e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata assolutamente superlativa! La Pizzeria "Pizza e Pizza" a Lesignano de' Bagni merita senza dubbio un plauso e un punteggio pieno. L'Impasto: La vera stella della giornata. Leggero, digeribile e cotto alla perfezione, con quel giusto "cornicione" croccante fuori e morbido dentro. Si sente che c'è cura e lunga lievitazione dietro. Ingredienti: La qualità delle materie prime è evidente. Dagli ingredienti classici come il pomodoro e la mozzarella, a quelli più ricercati, tutto è fresco e saporito, esaltando il gusto della pizza. Varietà e Menù: Il menù offre una vasta scelta, dalle pizze tradizionali a quelle più creative. Ho provato la MANTOVANA (mozzarella, crema di zucca, speak in forno, gorgonzola , noci ) e l'ho trovata eccezionale. Servizio e Ambiente: Il personale è gentile, veloce e attento alle esigenze del cliente. L'ambiente è accogliente e pulito, perfetto sia per una cena in famiglia che tra amici.
